2. Medical Emergencies

DialDoctor is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Patients are expected to cancel appointments they cannot attend as early as possible. Frequent no-shows may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your booking privileges on the DialDoctor platform.
