Understanding Appointment Tokens
When you book an appointment, DialDoctor assigns you a unique Appointment Token instead of a fixed time. Here's why this is better for you.
How the Token System Works
1. Your Position in the Queue
Your token indicates your exact position in the doctor's queue for your selected time slot (e.g., "Token #4").
2. Live Tracking Updates
You will receive WhatsApp updates as your turn approaches. You can track exactly which token the doctor is currently seeing, so you can leave your home at the perfect time.
3. Zero Waiting Room Anxiety
By arriving just before your turn, you spend less time sitting in crowded waiting rooms and minimize exposure to other sick patients.
4. Clinic Check-in
When you arrive at the clinic, simply show your token number message to the receptionist to confirm your arrival.
