Having trouble logging into your account? Don't worry, here is how to resolve common login issues.
Not receiving OTP via SMS?
Ensure your phone has active network coverage. Sometimes SMS delivery is delayed by the carrier. Try waiting 60 seconds and clicking "Resend OTP". If it still fails, try WhatsApp OTP.
WhatsApp OTP not working?
If you opted for WhatsApp OTP, make sure the number you entered has an active WhatsApp account linked to it. Check your archived chats or spam folder just in case.
Account Temporarily Blocked?
If you requested too many OTPs in a short period, your account might be temporarily rate-limited for security purposes. Please try again after 15 minutes.
