We understand that plans change. You can easily manage or cancel your appointment to free up the slot for another patient in need.
Cancellation Policy
Please try to cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary account restrictions.
How to Cancel
Currently, to cancel a booking, please contact the clinic directly. You can find the clinic's direct phone number in the appointment confirmation WhatsApp message that was sent to you upon booking. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team using the WhatsApp Chat button below for assistance with cancellations.
*Note: Self-service online cancellation is currently being rolled out and will be available directly in your patient dashboard very soon.
